A night of hilarious improv comedy
Bella Love hosts members of some of the area’s best improv groups, including Improv Charlotte and the Charlotte Comedy Theater. The evening allows for audience participation. Admission costs $5.

‘Life As We Know It’
The quirks and craziness of contemporary life are the fodder for theatrical fun in “Life As We Know It,” a 90-minute show of five short comedies and a monologue written by playwright Elaine Alexander. The show takes a satiric swipe at cell phone addiction, helicopter parenting and youth obsession among other modern day maladies.
When: 8 p.m. April 24-26 and May 1-3, as well as 2 p.m. April 27 and May 4

Spring Break Art Drop-in
Children explore and create with open-ended spring-themed art activities. Activities are designed for ages 2-12. Adults must accompany 2- and 3-year-olds. The event costs $6 per hour and $4 for each additional hour.
