Going to Root Down can be a bit of a chase – they’re on wheels! This food truck features “a spin on comfort food.” With everything from mac and cheese to creole courtbouillion, there’s plenty of opportunity to try out a new creation or stick with an old favorite.

And when you’re ready for dessert, try King of Pops. Using fruit from local farms, King of Pops sells refreshing popsicles off the cart.
