There are now medians all along West Catawba Avenue. On any given day, a driver can travel west from Taco Bell down Catawba Avenue to the CVS store and see broken, damaged and missing median signs. Today, there are 16 missing from the total of 32 that are supposed to be in place. If the signs are so important that the Town of Cornelius needs them, then why don't they replace them daily? If the city doesn't replace them then they should be removed permanently as they must not be needed. Our tax money could be saved, and the street would look much better without the look of broken, jagged, and missing signs.
