Transportation, land-use summit slated for Mooresville

The event, which begins at 1:15 p.m., will focus on future growth in Lake Norman and the effect of land-use and transportation projects.
The presenters will include Jeff Michael, director of the Urban Land Institute at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and Barry Moose of Raleigh-based SEPI Engineering, which has offices in Charlotte and Wilmington.
