DAVIDSON – Kathy Ferguson, a personal and professional development coach, leads a class that helps students harness creativity through meditation and music.

The interactive session involves teamwork and some non-strenuous movement.

The class takes place 9 a.m.-noon Jan. 26 at Davidson Parks and Recreation, 416 Armour St.

The class costs $45 for Davidson residents or $50 for others.
