HUNTERSVILLE – David Martin of American Tire Distributors of Huntersville was elected for a three-year term to the board of directors of the Tire Industry Association.

Twenty-three candidates were vying for six board positions.

Martin, a new board member, will take office with other elected board members at TIA’s annual meeting on Oct. 29 in Las Vegas.
