CORNELIUS – Lake Norman Realty has added five new associates in its Cornelius, Mooresville and Statesville offices.

Tim Queen, an educator for 25 years and a Western University graduate, will work in the Cornelius.

Barbara Bulen, Ty Chapman and Rich Percudani will work in Mooresville and Sherri Moran will be located in the Statesville office.

Bulen has been a “Rookie of the Year” and “Star Performer” during her real estate career.

Chapman, who is newly-licensed, has degrees from Waynesburg University and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.

Percudani was in fitness industry sales for 20 years before beginning his real estate career.

Moran, who has an elementary education degree from UNC Charlotte, is newly licensed and is undergoing additional post-licensing training in real estate transactions and professional development techniques.
