MOORESVILLE – Cool Breeze Cyclery has been named Small Business of the Year by the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. The award recognizes the business’ growth, sustained success, customer service and community involvement.

Cool Breeze, located at 124 Trade Court, opened in 1988 and offers bicycle and cycling equipment in store and online, plus coaching and training. The cyclery will hold a corporate challenge, including the Lake Norman Excursion 5k run and multi-distance bike ride July 14, on the Lowe’s corporate campus. The corporate challenge will end Sept. 9 with the Davidson Lake Triathlon.
