WILLIAMSBURG, VA. – The seventh and eighth grade Bailey Middle School Performing Band took second-place June 1-3 at the 2012 Music in the Parks Festival, held at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Va. The band scored a 95.75, earning a “superior” rating, the highest rating possible. The band is led by director Ruth Petersen.
