HUNTERSVILLE – Cloey Barnes, a Huntersville Elementary School second-grader, donated 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love at Snips It in Birkdale Village. Locks of Love provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children suffering from long-term medical hair loss. She plans to grow her hair out so she can do it again.
