CORNELIUS – FiFi’s Fine Resale, 8301-7 Magnolia Estates Drive, will host Nadine Marino of The Sandbox Glam Squad Makeup Team on May 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Marino will perform complimentary makeovers on volunteers that she can submit to the Mary Kay Before/After Makeover Contest.

Marino will compete to win a $5,000 donation to the nonprofit of her choice. Three entrants could receive $10,000 for The Sandbox, which helps families and children with cancer and other life-altering illnesses.

There is no purchase necessary to get a makeover, but The Sandbox is seeking donations of gently used purses, shoes and jewelry for “An Evening of Believing,” a prom the organization will host for 150 13- to 21-year-olds with life-altering illnesses.
