HUNTERSVILLE – Cody Cox, a 6-foot-5 forward at SouthLake Christian, participated in the Scoutsfocus.com Elite 80 Camp on March 17 in Greensboro. He is listed as Scoutfocus’s No. 4 player in the Class of 2014. He was invited to the Scoutsfocus Elite National All-America Camp in Charlottesville, Va. on June 15-17.

Cox is playing with the Carolina Warriors AAU team and averaging nearly 20 points per game. He is drawing recruiting interest from Gardner-Webb, N.C. Central, Loyola-Chicago and Purdue, his father Angelo Cox said.
