CHARLOTTE – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police arrested Jacob Jacobs, 22, and Markcus Herrera, 20, and charged them in connection with a recent series of thefts from vehicles. Charges include theft from a vehicle in the 6900 block of Northlake Mall Drive on April 20 and theft of a handgun from a vehicle in the 5600 block of Westpark Drive, Charlotte on April 20.

Both suspects are charged with three felony counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny of a firearm and misdemeanors.
