Martha R. Moss
HUNTERSVILLE – Martha R. Moss, 87, of Huntersville, died March 30, 2012, at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville.
Born Sept. 15, 1924, in Rutherfordton, she was a daughter of the late George and Hettie Robertson. She was a member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Parks Moss.
Survivors include her son, Charles Sullivan and wife, Sharon; daughter, Dawn Dellinger and husband, Del, both of Mint Hill; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 1 at Hopewell Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Allan Purtill officiating.

Jeannette A. Causey
CONCORD – Jeannette Atkinson Causey, 93, of Concord, died March 30, 2012, at The Gardens of Taylor Glen.
Born Oct. 18, 1918, in Madison, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Porter Braswell and Madge Williams Atkinson. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Charlotte for more than 70 years. Primarily a homemaker, she also served Duke Power Co., and retired from the Celanese Corp., as member of the accounting team.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Addison B. Causey Sr.; brother, Herman Perry Atkinson and sister, Mary Ruth Atkinson Sinclair.
Survivors include her son, Addison B. Causey Jr., and wife, Mary H. Causey, of Huntersville; granddaughters, Sarah J. Causey and Kathryn C. Miller, and husband, G. Anthony Miller, and great-granddaughter, Isabelle Violet Miller.
Services were held April 2 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, followed by a burial at Sharon Memorial Park.

Shirley G. Holbrook
HUNTERSVILLE – Shirley Grace Holbrook, 71, of Huntersville, died March 30, 2012, at the Huntersville Oaks.
Born Sept. 30, 1940, in Iredell County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Frances Wilson. She graduated in 1958 from North Mecklenburg High School.
Survivors include her brother, Don Wilson and wife, Cathy, of Huntersville; nephew, Stephen Wilson; and niece, Katie Wilson.
Services were held April 2 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jill Smith officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery.

Julia M. Moulin
CORNELIUS – Julia Miller Moulin, 85, of Cornelius, formerly of Louisville, Ohio, died March 30, 2012, at her home.
Born Feb. 12, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Edna Miller.
Survivors include her sons, Pat and wife, Barb of Maumee, Ohio, and Ed and wife, Diane, of Lincoln, Ala.; daughters, Judy Haren, of Cornelius, Janet Wright and husband, Mike, of Louisville, Ohio, and Jeanna Lintner of Louisville, Ohio; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 4 at St. Louis Church, Louisville, Ohio.

Elizabeth W. Hofferbert
HUNTERSVILLE – Elizabeth “Beth” Whitley Hofferbert, of Huntersville, died April 1, 2012, under hospice care in Huntersville.
Born April 4, 1937, in Siler City, she was a daughter of the late JB and Mamie Goodwin Whitley. A graduate of Duke University School of Nursing, she had a long and varied nursing career.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, William, of Pensacola, Fla.; sons, Tom, of Raleigh, and Wes, of Charlotte; daughters, Kathy, of Fishers, Ind., and Laura, of Farmington, Mich.

Elizabeth K. Gilewski
CORNELIUS – Elizabeth Barbara Keil Gilewski, 92, of Cornelius, died Sunday, April 8, 2012, at Olde Knox Commons.
Born Nov. 18, 1919, in Sligo, Penn., she was a daughter of the late Glenn Francis “Jack” Keil and Agnes May Williams Keil. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John Paul “Jack” Schosser; sister, Miriam Keil Steele; and brother, Robert James Keil.
Survivors include her daughters, Sarah Carpenter and husband, John Carpenter, of Cornelius, and Lucinda Vasbinder, of Charlotte; grandchildren, John, Joseph, Jesse, Julie, Travis and Austin; great-granddaughter, Rhia; sister, Norma Jean Walters and husband, Reed Walters, of Butler, Penn.; brother, Frederick “Todd” Keil and wife, Dixie, of Grove City, Penn.; five nieces; and seven nephews.
