HUNTERSVILLE – The Huntersville Market, sponsored by the Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department, offers residents local fresh produce, meat, baked goods, jewelry and crafts.

The market runs May 12 through Oct. 27 from 7 a.m. to noon at 103 Maxwell Ave., next to the caboose. The yearly vendor fee costs $65. Daily table fees for inside the shelter cost $4 and $2 for outside. Daily fees are paid on a first-come, first-served basis and are due each day at the market.

To register for a vendor spot, fill out forms at the parks and recreation offices or call 704-766-2200. A registration form and “hold harmless” agreement are required.
