The North Mecklenburg Woman’s Club is seeking scholarship applicants.

Women 21 years old or older in need financial aid and are encouraged to apply for a scholarship at www.nmwclub.org. Applications, along with designated references and an essay, must be postmarked by March 23. Send to North Mecklenburg Women’s Club, P.O. Box 1782 Huntersville, N.C. 28070.

Each year the club raises money for community women in need of financial aid. This year the club hosted “A Night Out with Oscar” on Feb. 23 to help fund the scholarships.
