RALEIGH – Two Chesterbrook Academy locations in the Birkdale neighborhood of Huntersville, as well as Denver, earned a five-star rating from the N.C. Star Rated Licensing Program.

The five-star rating is the highest rating given by the program to a childcare facility and is based on an official state evaluation that assesses facilities on staff education and program standards.

“These five-star ratings acknowledge the hard work, dedication and talent of Chesterbrook Academy teachers and staff in the Charlotte region,” said Barbara Mooney, vice-president of operations for all Chesterbrook Academy Charlotte-area locations. “A five-star rating lets our parents know their children are in a developmentally stimulating environment led by exceptional early childhood education professionals. We are excited to continue to strive to meet higher standards.”

All Chestbrook Academy locations are part of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., a national network of more than 180 nonsectarian private preschool, elementary and middle schools in 15 states. For more information about Chesterbrook Academy locations, go online to www.ChesterbrookAcademy.com.
