CORNELIUS – Park Avenue Properties, a real estate and property management firm in Cornelius, has named Dale Miller, a 20-year resident of the Lake Norman area, as its new Real Estate Sales Manager. Miller, who had been in sales management at Ryan Homes, will be in charge of managing Park Avenue Properties’ division of real estate agents.

After 10 years with Ryan Homes, Miller spent time as a residential broker before taking his current position at Park Avenue Properties. He has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 1992 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors & Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.
