CORNELIUS – Police are searching for the shooter who fired multiple shots in the early morning of Feb. 16 at Cornelius Village Apartments.

No one was injured, but four occupied apartments were hit by stray bullets.

Witnesses told police they saw a red, compact car leaving the scene of the shooting.
