Citizens South Bank of Gastonia recently announced that Ira M. “Don” Flowe, Jr. of Huntersville has been named executive vice president and chief risk officer. Flowe joined the Bank in 2004, and has served in various credit and sales roles. Flowe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte in 1987, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University in 1997. Flowe has 18 years of banking experience.
