CHARLOTTE – Collett, a commercial real estate services firm celebrating 25 years in business, has been selected to handle the leasing and property management for two area shopping areas – Renaissance Square, a shopping center located at 11118 Renaissance Drive, Davidson and Catawba Village, a shopping center located at 221 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road, Charlotte.

Renaissance Square is an 80,468-square-foot mixed-use project anchored by Harris Teeter. It includes other tenants such as UPS Store, Subway, Snap Fitness, Northeast Pediatric Dentistry and ABC Liquor Store.

Jim Gamble will market the available spaces for lease and Ryan Mosser will manage the property.

Collett, which was recently named one of the area’s largest commercial real estate firms by the Charlotte Business Journal, employs 40 real estate professionals, manages approximately 6 million square feet of commercial space in eight states and has developed more than 95 projects totaling 14 million square feet.
