HUNTERSVILLE – The Learning Experience, a child-care center at 16604 Old Statesville Road, will hold a grand opening Saturday, Jan. 7.

The 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. free event will feature face painting, games, a bounce house and balloon animals.

There will also be a raffle for parents to win a free month of child care or gift baskets from several local sponsors.
