CORNELIUS – The town of Cornelius is holding a special meeting at 9 a.m. Feb. 8 in the community room of town hall to hear an analysis by Cato Institute’s Senior Fellow, Randal O’Toole, regarding the Red Line Regional Rail finance plan.

There will be an open forum to allow comments from elected officials, community leaders, residents, business operators and other stakeholders.
