HUNTERSVILLE – The week of Jan. 23 is the last week to get free classes at the North Mecklenburg Senior Center. The center offered the free classes in conjunction with its grand re-opening when it relocated to Solid Rock Church, 16601 Old Statesville Road, earlier this month.

At the ceremony, Huntersville Mayor Jill Swain and other local dignitaries were on hand to commemorate the event. The Lion’s Club helped by parking cars for visitors.
