CORNELIUS – The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce will meet Jan. 19, at the Havana Banquet & Ballroom, 8325 Copley Drive, to celebrate last year’s accomplishments and hand out the group’s most prestigious awards.

Chamber leaders will name the Robert T. Cashion Business Person of the Year and the Duke Energy Citizen and Service Award will go to the person, group or business that gave back the most last year.

Chairman Robert Reed will recap the chamber’s year with a speech before handing over the chairman’s seat to Jack Salzman.

North Carolina Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Lew Ebert will be the night’s keynote speaker. He will outline the chamber’s upcoming legislative and lobbying agenda.

The black tie optional event begins at 6:30 p.m.
