HUNTERSVILLE – The EnergyExplorium at McGuire Nuclear Station will celebrate National Nuclear Science Week later this month with a homeschooler day.

The event begins at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 27 and will feature an interactive presentation on nuclear energy, a trivia game and a nuclear energy dress out activity.

All who attend the free event will receive a packet of resources, activities and lesson plans about nuclear science. The event is open to all middle and high school students.
