CHARLOTTE – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Board of Education kicks off the 2012-13 budget planning season with a series of budget work sessions. During the sessions, district staff will present information that will be used to determine budget priorities and resources for the upcoming school year.

Meetings take place Jan. 24 at 3:30 p.m., place to be determined, and Feb. 14, time and place to be determined.

The school district will release more information as it becomes available.
