HUNTERSVILLE – On Sept. 19, the North Carolina State Board of Public Account Examiners approved 50 applicants for licensure as Certified Public Accountants in the state of North Carolina.
Two Huntersville residents, Brittany Delaney and Terri Lashley, are among those who gained approval.
Applicants for licensure are required to pass the Uniform CPA Examination and satisfy education, work experience and moral character requirements of the board.
North Carolina has more than 18,500 actively licensed CPAs.
