HUNTERSVILLE –The Angels of ’97, a local nonprofit organization that helps area high school students through college scholarship application process, will hold its “Puttin’ Fore a Purpose” golf tournament on Friday, Sept. 16.
Registration for the event will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the Birkdale Golf Club, 165000 Birkdale Commons Parkway. The tournament will start at 2 p.m.
Tickets for the event cost $150 per player or $600 per team. The fee includes a dri-fit polo shirt, green fees, cart rental, practice range time, custom scorecards, a GPS yardage/leader board system, brunch, two drink tickets, dinner after the tournament and passes to the post-golf event.
