CORNELIUS – The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce, 19900 W. Catawba Ave., is holding several events in the coming week, including:

• Thursday, Sept. 1, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.: Membership drive kick-off at Alton’s Kitchen & Cocktails, 199818 North Cove Road.

• Thursday, Sept. 1, 7 to 9 p.m.: Davis Capital Group LLC at the chamber office.

• Sept. 5, Monday, 6:30 to 8 p.m.: Lake Norman Toastmasters at Sadler Sales Institute, 19900 W. Catawba Ave., suite 206.

• Sept. 8, 8 to 9:30 a.m.: Business Before Hours and ribbon-cutting at Fulcrum Capital Partners, 16507-D Northcross Drive, Huntersville. Enjoy refreshments and door prizes.

• Sept. 8, 6:30 to 8 p.m.: Lake Norman Jaycees monthly meeting at the chamber.

• Sept. 9, 3 to 7 p.m.: Ribbon-cutting and grand opening at Northeast Pediatric Dentistry, 11223 DaVinci Drive, suite D, Davidson. Enjoy face painting, refreshments and a moon bounce.
