HUNTERSVILLE – Residential property management firm T.R. Lawing Realty has earned re-certification from The Institute of Real Estate Management.

The family-owned Lawing firm has offices in Huntersville, at 8936 N. Pointe Executive Park Drive, suite 175, and Charlotte. Only 520 companies nationwide have earned Accredited Management Organization status, according to a news release.

Only firms that achieve “the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability” and have a certified property manager in an executive position can earn the certification, the news release said. Property management companies must renew the certification every three years.
