The North Mecklenburg Woman’s Club, a social and civic club for women in the North Mecklenburg/South Iredell area, will hold two meetings the week after Labor Day.

The first takes place Sept. 6, a Tuesday, at 6 p.m. at Alton’s Kitchen & Cocktails in Jetton Village in Cornelius. The club schedules a monthly night meeting for those members unable to attend its regular luncheon meetings.

The club’s regular luncheon meeting takes place the next day, Sept. 7, at 10:30 a.m. at NorthStone Country Club in Huntersville. The luncheon costs $14.
