HUNTERSVILLE – Time Warner Cable opened a new customer-service center May 2 at 14219 Reese Blvd., in the Market Square Shopping Center.

This new center will replace the Northlake Mall and Mooresville payment center locations, which are closing. The new center will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

With the changes, Time Warner Cable will have 12 customer-service centers located throughout the greater Charlotte area. Find a list of those centers online at www.YourTWC.com/locations.

Time Warner officials said the new full-service center will offer north Mecklenburg and Iredell County residents “hands-on experience with Time Warner Cable’s digital cable, high-speed Internet, home phone and wireless products,” as well as personal customer service for all billing, equipment and service-related matters.
