The Community Blood Center of the Carolinas will hold a number of blood drives through the Lake Norman area this month.

Those dates and times are:
• Sunday, June 5, Andrew Barsuhn Student Drive at Community In Christ Lutheran Church, 7621 Norman Island Drive, Cornelius, noon to 4 p.m.
• June 11, Regal Theaters Birkdale 16, 16950 Birkdale Commons Pkwy., Huntersville, 2 to 6 p.m. Free movies tickets will be offered to blood donors.
• June 11, St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, 301 Caldwell Lane, Davidson, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• June 24, Regal Theaters Birkdale 16, Huntersville, 2 to 6 p.m. Free movies tickets will be offered to blood donors.
