HUNTERSVILLE – Angela Gallo, president of Total Nutrition Technology, has joined the Corvian Community School board of directors.

Gallo will help develop the private school’s healthy living curriculum and offer seminars and workshops for teachers, staff and parents to educate them on healthy eating and exercise. She also will help Corvian model healthy living throughout the school.

Corvian Community School currently serves children in kindergarten, first and second grades.

“I strongly believe in the Corvian educational model and am quite honored and excited about the opportunity to contribute as a board member,” Gallo said in a news release. “Parents and teachers are tremendous role models for children, and the opportunity to work with these role models and have an impact on the school’s healthy living programs is a responsibility I take very seriously.”
