The Davidson Day girls soccer team made school history after beating United Faith Christian Academy, 11-0, to become the first Patriot team to go undefeated in the Southern Piedmont Athletic Association and win the regular season conference championship. In that game, Brianna Wills scored six goals and now has 59 goals this season. Teammates Maxlyn Foster has chipped in 11 goals and 21 assists this spring, while Caitlyn Rodrigues has seven goals and 26 assists. In 18 games this season, the Patriots have scored 95 goals. The rematch between Davidson Day and United Faith is set for Thursday, May 5 at 4:30 p.m. in the SPAA tournament semifinals, which will be held at Davidson Day. The SPAA championship game is also at Wolter Field at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10.
