HUNTERSVILLE – CommunityONE Bank recently named Huntersville resident Chris Munson as community office manager of the bank’s Statesville office.

Munson previously served as director of the Reverse Mortgage Division for Dover Mortgage Co. in Charlotte. He and his wife, Karen, and their daughters, Ruby and Blair, are members of Meadowlake (Presbyterian) Church in Huntersville.

Munson has more than 16 years of banking experience and received a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Clemson University. He has served as co-chairman of the Greater Charlotte Senior Resource Alliance and ambassador for the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Kiwanis and Rotary clubs of Statesville.
