HUNTERSVILLE – The Knights of Columbus of St. Therese Church in Mooresville recently donated $640 to Kids Rein, a therapeutic riding center that helps children with disabilities.

The check, presented by Don Mayer, represented part of the proceeds from last year’s Operation Lamb, a statewide fundraising program devoted to helping children with special needs. Kids Rein is based at Latta Equestrian Center on Sample Road in Huntersville.
