CORNELIUS – Jeffrey Carbone, founding and managing partner of Cornelius-based Cornerstone Financial Partners, has been named 2011 forum chairman of the Charlotte Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO Charlotte).
EO Charlotte is part of a global community of more than 7,300 entrepreneurs, all who run companies with more than $1 million in revenue.
Carbone and partners Brian Needleman, Craig Rubrecht and Andrew Smith lead Cornerstone Financial Partners, which has offices at 18716 W. Catawba Ave., suite 100.
According to the firm’s website, Carbone began his financial career with firms like Prudential Securities and American Express, holding positions such as associate managing director, district manager and senior financial advisor. He graduated from St. Johns University in Queens, N.Y. with a bachelor’s degree in business management and earned his certified financial planner certificate from the Certified Board of Standards. He is a registered player financial adviser with the NFL Players Association and the Financial Planning Association. He and his wife, Shannon, live in Davidson with their children, Ciara and Decklin.
