HUNTERSVILLE – The Grades 3-5 Choir will present the musical “Truth Works” on May 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium at First Baptist Church-Huntersville, 119 N. Old Statesville Road.

The children’s choirs will present a program May 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary.

The church will switch to a summer schedule for Wednesday activities. Youth will participate in Midweek Home Connection, Plant 67, Hang Times and a summer mission trip. Elementary and pre-school children will have activities on selected Wednesdays.

The church will hold a workday around the church from 9 a.m. to noon May 21, and the church is looking for a volunteer roofer who can replace missing shingles and reinforce a shed roof at Hope House, north Mecklenburg’s only shelter for homeless women and their children.
