CHARLOTTE – Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools has started the bidding process to lease some of the schools that are being closed for the 2011-12 school year, including Davidson IB Middle School. The bidding opened March 4, and district officials will continue to accept bids until May 13 at 2 p.m.

District officials will offer a guided tour of Davidson IB to interested bidders on April 21, at 9 a.m. To confirm attendance on any tour, email realestate@cms.k12.us. Any interested bidder contacting the school to schedule a tour will be disqualified.
