On March 22, former Hopewell baseball player Anthony Sully hit a grand slam and finished with six RBIs for Lenior-Rhyne, which rallied from a five-run deficit to defeat the fifth-ranked Division II baseball team in the nation, Georgia ­College, 14-8.



After spotting the Bobcats a 5-0 advantage, Sully’s grand slam in the fourth frame gave the Bears the lead for good, 6-5. Sully added a two-run single in the fifth.



Sully is hitting .333 with four home runs and 26 RBIs.
