DAVIDSON – The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce’s 2011 Business Expo takes place Friday, March 4, at Davidson College’s Belk Arena from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The arena is located at 200 Baker Drive in Davidson. Admission is free and the public is invited.

More than 2,000 people are expected to attend and visit with 170 Lake Norman Chamber business exhibitors, attractions and nonprofits. The day will feature special activities, including a spring fashion and talent show coordinated by Havana Banquet & Ballroom, hair styling by Savvy Salon and Day Spa, musical entertainment, and local artists.

The event also will showcase more than 20 of the region’s nonprofit agencies and civic clubs.

“The Lake Norman Business Expo allows the Chamber to showcase businesses from the Huntersville, Davidson, Cornelius and greater Lake Norman region,” Bill Russell, president of the Chamber, said. “The diversity of businesses who participate underscore why so many people choose Lake Norman to work, live, and play.”

Tickets for lunch are $8 and can be purchased ahead of time or at the registration table and at the Chamber of Commerce booth. For a complete listing of sponsors and exhibitors along with special events visit www.LakeNormanExpo.com.
