The Carolina Weekly Newspaper Group has selected a new publisher for its Lake Norman division.

Phyllis Rozzelle assumed the role this week and will oversee the north publications, which includes the Herald Weekly, Mooresville Weekly, Denver Weekly and Mountain Island Monitor.
