MOORESVILLE – Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists will hold a free program at 7 p.m. Feb. 10 for lake-area residents interested in creating wildlife habitats in their backyards.

Don West, community relations chairman, said “We will explain the importance of conservation efforts for the long-term survival of our area wildlife and then give a step-by-step guide on how to make any backyard wildlife-friendly. It’s fun, it’s easy and our wild friends will love it.”

The program takes place in the Youth Services Room at Mooresville Public Library, 304 S. Main St. and no reservations aren’t required. Visit www.lakenormanwildlife.org or call 704-877-4788 for more information.
