Mecklenburg County Senior Citizens Program has added a short-term meal service in an effort to ensure that older adults have access to safe, healthy food after being discharged from a hospital or long-term care facility.

The service will provide home-delivered meals for up to 12 weeks during a recovery period. To request the service, call 704-336-3144.
