Hopewell High athletes signed National Letters of Intent on Feb. 2, the first day of the college winter signing period.
Titan girls soccer player Audrey Boyle signed with Appalachian State, while teammate Katelyn Faucette inked with Charleston Southern.
A pair of football players also signed, as Spencer Jones joined Wingate, and Dondre Lewis-Freeman inked with S.C. State.
Faucette was the 2009 I-MECK 4A conference Player of the Year. In three seasons, the midfielder collected 32 goals and 10 assists and all-conference and all-region honors in 2009 and 2010. Boyle was an all-conference player from in 2009 and 2010 and earned all-region honors as a junior. She has 15 career assists.
Lewis-Freeman was a two-time all-conference running back who led the Titans in rushing the past two seasons, collecting 2,338 yards and 32 touchdowns. Jones was a defensive back with 37 tackles in his senior season.
