On Jan. 29, Davidson Day girls tennis player Jenny Falcone was named the 2010 N.C. High School Female Tennis Player of the Year by the United States Tennis Association.

Falcone is a two-time state singles champion (2009 and 2010) and added a doubles title this past fall.

Falcone never lost a match or set during her two-year career at Davidson Day. She has committed to play at the College of Charleston.
