U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick announced that her long-time chief of staff, Hal Weatherman, will leave in March to become national communications and marketing director for Act for America, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to national security and terrorism-related issues.

Weatherman has been with Myrick since 1995, serving the last 12 years as her chief of staff. Myrick named Sarah Hale, who served formerly as Myrick’s administrative assistant, as Weatherman’s replacement.
