Marshall Larsen, CEO of the Charlotte-based Goodrich Corporation, visited a fifth-grade classroom at J.V. Washam Elementary School Dec. 15 to speak to students about leadership. Larsen is one of several leaders hosted by the reading class to speak about the topic, including Davidson Mayor John Woods and the school’s principal Raymond Giovanelli, among others. Larsen also left the class with a model of a Goodrich plane, sling rockets and wooden airplanes.
